The Case for When Doves Die (2):
In the film's first introduction to the residents of Mars, things appear to be starting off on a hopeful note: a declaration of peace and the cheesy release of a dove. However, things go south quickly and violently when the Martians respond to that dove.
The Case for Bus Ride Battle:
While we know he is the hero of the movie, in this scene we get our first look at just how good a fighter Shaun (Simu Liu) is, as he protects Katy (Awkwafina) and the other bus-goers while also fighting of the minions of his father (Tony Leung).
