Elle (Reese Witherspoon) has an epiphany about Enrique (Greg Serano) after he comments on her shoes after cutting in front of her at the water fountain. While Callahan (Victor Garber) is dismissive, Emmett (Luke Wilson) uses that information in his questioning of Enrique on the stand.
