The Case for The Point of No Return (1):
Forced to perform the Phantom's (Gerard Butler) opera, a trap is set with Christine (Emmy Rossum) as bait. However, Raoul (Patrick Wilson) and the managers of the opera house (Simon Callow, Ciaran Hinds) do not expect the Phantom to appear onstage in the opera, and find themselves unprepared when he flees after being unmasked.
The Case for New York, New York:
In this early number, Gabey, Chip, and Ozzie (Gene Kelly, Frank Sinatra, and Jules Munshin) excitedly begin their shore leave - but only have 24 hours to do what they can in New York City.
