The Case for ET Meets the Siblings (2):
Elliott (Henry Thomas) decides that he needs to show his brother Michael (Robert MacNaughton) E.T. While his brother stares in shock, Gertie (Drew Barrymore) walks in. Both Gertie and Michael start to freak out, but Elliott manages to calm and hide them - along with E.T. - before their mother (Dee Wallace) can also discover the alien.

The Case for See Don Run:
A peaceful dinner is interrupted by a knocking at the door, and though Don (Robert Carlyle) doesn't want to open the door, they let the crying child in. However, soon after, all hell breaks loose as the infected have followed the boy.
